In order to ensure the longevity and quality of Pink Passport Society, we've engaged the following outstanding Board Members:

Larisa Troche 
Ms. Troche is the Founder and Visionary of Pink Passport Society and its Community Programs.

CHARLENE L. STAMPS
Ms. Stamps has a wide range of expertise extending over 30 years in both the public and private sector, most recently as a Regional Manager for the John Stewart Company. Prior to that she was a Property Supervisor with the Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation where she gained experience in low-income housing management. Prior to that position, she was hired as a Case Manager at the Women’s Refuge, a Domestic Violence and Homeless Shelter in Oakland, California. Within three months of being hired she was promoted to Executive Director for the program.

Ms. Stamps is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. While in Louisiana Ms. Stamps served as the Grants Director for the New Orleans Police Department, and before that, she served as Director of Operations for the French Market Corporation in New Orleans.

Ms. Stamps holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Work from Xavier University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She is very active in her community and is a member of Soroptimists International of Oakland, currently serving as Founder Region Director, District I. Ms. Stamps is also a member of Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary, currently serving as Secretary and serves as a Eucharistic Minister of St. Columbia Catholic Church.

DIANA SANTANA
After her second child was born, Diana went back to school and began working as a receptionist for Solano Family & Children’s Services (SFCS), a local non-profit agency that provides Child Care Services in that county. A few years later, she earned her degree in Social Science, and recently celebrated her 22nd Anniversary at SFCS, where she now manages their largest program with an annual budget of over $22 million. Diana is a strong believer in God who gives her the strength to conquer the many challenges that life brings. She cherishes her family and considers herself to be truly blessed.

NATASHA LEONOVA
Ms. Leonova immigrated to the U.S. from the Ukraine several years ago. She has a strong financial background and currently works as an accountant in the private sector.
