Currently located in Northern California, Larisa is a multi-preneur with her company The Larisa Group, providing real estate consulting and management services (DavLin Properties, LLC); business management/contract management consulting (J I Martin Business Services); and personal development (Laura J Personified, LLC). She is the founder of Pink Passport Society, the premier worldwide “insider’s club” for women. Larisa holds a California Real Estate Broker’s license, a Masters in Business Administration, and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Relations Management. Previous incarnations included careers in the military, municipal and federal government and the private sector as financial adviser for a national firm.

At around 27 years old, Larisa set (and achieved) the goal of buying her first house before she was 30 and that success essentially became the date that she cemented her quest for self-improvement and life-long learning. These can also be considered as two of her greatest strengths. Realizing that she enjoys learning new things,Ms. Troche has really been “hard at it” for the past several years and has now devoted herself to using that energy to work with other Kaizen Mavens.
